Easily the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had. It has a really rich, savory broth, which is a nice change of pace since vegan broth is usually a watered down afterthought at most places. It comes fully loaded with mushrooms and hashbrowns (??!?) but you can add additional veggies or an egg if youre feeling it. Very simple menu but they execution is 1000/10!

I got the vegetarian ramen, and to my surprise, it came with a tofu skin, two potato tempuras, and lots of spinach/bamboo shoot toppings. More than I thought it'd have for a vegetarian soup! Everything tasted amazing. I added a soft boiled egg as a topping and that was so good as well.

Authentic Japanese ramen house without flying. I was in Tokyp, Kyoto and Osaka earlier this year. Yip, this place is just like how they operate overseas. It's legit.

So efficient. Though, there's always a line, you are always given a simple menu/order sheet and marker to finalize your order while you wait. As soon as you are seated the service staff take your order and start working on it right away in 10 minutes our ramen was hot and made to order.

The other items, not in the order sheet, but highly recommended are the chicken karrage (not pictured) and gyozas (pictured.)

Sitting at the counter was fun. You get to see the magic and the efficiency of operations. The ramen chef was fun to watch.

It's super delicious. It basically feels like Japan. It's much better than ordinary ramen noodles.

The worst Japanese Ramen I have tried. Can’t believe the positive reviews. I have been Japan, Korea many times and also tried Ramen from tons of places at Japanese restaurants in U.S. To be honest the Ramen was not edible! Full of greasy fat with disgusting pork smell. I couldn’t eat at all but my husband tried half of them. He had diarrhea and went to restroom all night. Terrible experience!

The food is very disappointing, they are salty and oily, everything tastes like sesame oil. Also the restaurant is not really follow what we choose from the sheet. Like I ordered soft ramen, but they gave me hard ramen, and I asked for light green onion, they gave me A LOT. I found egg shell from the egg. Don’t try their fried chicken, my husband and I got stomachache after that.

Thankfully we didnt have to wait for the line. We got here around 0130pm. This was our first time in this branch. We got the Black king squid ink and the Red king spicy. It was really good and tasty. The karage was huge for a serving. The server explained to us how it is ordered. We added the egg and I was glad we did. I dont think I could ever taste another ramen again that will beat this. It was savory and creamy.

For this branch there was a parking fee. I am not use to LA and didnt realize that we had to pay parking. Otherwise the place was nice and it was a great place to stroll and shop.
