From one perspective this place is a café, from another perspective it’s a community of high quality people coming together to make impactful change in the community who all share a zest for life. Re/creation Café offers community street clean ups, wine and paint nights, INCREDIBLE live music acts that will blow you away, and so much more. I feel at home when I am here. I am so grateful something like this exists in L.A. It’s small town neighbourhood vibes in the big city.

This is the perfect coffee shop. It's cozy, has good music that's at the perfect level for getting some work done, great indoor and outdoor seating and most importantly - GREAT coffee. I love getting some writing done here, and as long as it's not busy, they don't really mind if you work on your computer a bit longer than 2 hours. :)
