I have no idea what this place is about, but it looks dumb as hell. Before I even got in, they blocked the entrance and told me to go make a reservation over the phone. And then they casually pressed the elevator button and told me to head downstairs. Seriously, it was so stupid, I couldn’t believe it

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I have to because their host was very rude today. I was passing by and asked him if I can have a tour real quick of the karaoke rooms so I can check the place out to come with friends and he was so rude and said oh no it's only private parties you can't tour. You should know how to attract potential customers instead of dismissing them. At least be polite. DO BETTER HOSPITALITY 0

The worst place in the world!!! I have never been a place like this in the USA. They are saying that they don't manage their own Google and Yelp. And then said that we have to make a reservation through yelp. The attitude east - 0. Believe me the way they behaved was embarrassing.... No words to describe
