This spot is an absolute gem! The bartenders here are next-level—super cool, courteous, and they make the whole experience top-notch. The drinks are spot-on, the food is delicious, and the vibe just pulls you in.
If I had to point out one downside, it’s that they’re only open from 5 PM to 10 PM. Honestly, a place this good should definitely open earlier, especially on game days—you know it would be the perfect pre-sport hangout!
Big shoutout to Jordan, Sophia, and Enrique—each one brings their own flair, but Jordan in particular is phenomenal. His customer service is outstanding, and he knows how to create a fun, welcoming experience that keeps you coming back.
Bottom line: if you’re looking for great drinks, tasty bites, and an awesome atmosphere, this is the spot to be!

My experience with both the front desk and restaurant staff was terrible. The front desk employees were young women and seemed incompetent; I had to spell things out for them, or they would start arguing, as if they were fighting with their boyfriends. The restaurant servers were grumpy middle-aged men and an angry large woman, which is the exact opposite of what one would expect in a restaurant. Additionally, the busboy wore sunglasses and black gloves, standing in the corner with his arms crossed while intently watching the guests. He resembled an enforcer for a drug cartel. Overall, the customer service at this hotel was very poor.
It’s located within the hotel. Very chill spot, and a great starter if you want to do bar hopping in Little Tokyo. Our bartender was a super cute older woman and the drinks were good. I would come here again, and would consider staying at the hotel for a weekend.

The hotel is satisfactory but the customer service is terrible, after almost a month they did not return my deposit and they charged me for 4 night parkings that I did not use, absurd
Fun craft cocktail experience in the heart of Little Tokyo Los Angeles. Flat bread pizza and wings are a must.

Awful. 5am every morning getting awoke by airhorns loudspeakers and protestors. Staff very unfriendly and no customer relation skills. Breakfast!!! What hotel runs out of milk. I went for cereal , got it asked for milk told then no milk. In LA does stores not keep milk. Following morning no milk I went to store and bought my milk for a cup of tea. Would never be back.
average hotel to begin with, poor up keep of the bathroom- cold tap nearly broken off and door looking like it's falling apart from the bottom, could look past that until the last morning of our stay when we were woken up at 6am by staff protesting out the front of the hotel with extremely loud horns and no soundproofing in the hotel!! this has happend 7x according to the staff protesting and there is no disclaimer anywhere stating this may happen. general manager not helpful at all in this situation, more concerned with making sure there were agency staff to replace the protesting staff!! not ok... actually disgusting. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!! pay your staff what they are worth!!!!!!
