Overall the food was just… ok. The wait was a bit too long. Waited about 40 mins for my pupusas. 1 of them wasn’t even what I ordered. & the revuelta pupusas were not flavorful. My partner got a torta de huevo con loroco and a pupusa de queso with chicharron and those were good. There are definitely better spots in other areas of LA.
As a Salvadoran, I really liked the attention and the flavor of the pupusas?.
I had already seen the restaurant but because I was on the run I hadn't gone in?. When you arrive you see a small place, it just needs an update with the furniture but it is acceptable, but with good attention, as the saying goes, the best things come in small bottles and this applies to this restaurant. Good service, good food. ??

They make amazing pupusitas, which I’d describe as thick, golden-on-the-outside pockets made from corn dough, stuffed with your choice of melty Monterey Jack, smooth refried beans, finely seasoned ground pork, or a combo of all three. Totally worth trying.
