If you are looking for an incredible sushi or sashimi experience this is the place to order from! Their fish has an amazing taste that I have not experienced anywhere else from Alaska, Florida, or inbetween. Highly recommend trying this place. As for the storage the sashimi grade fish does not last past a week in the freezer unless you have a super freeze. Do plan that accordingly if you do buy some! I’m on my 5th order already.
We moved to Park City, Utah from Southern California just over four years ago and we tried to find good quality fish. What we found was mediocre at best. We we referred to Riviera Seafood and ever since then we have had access to high quality fish that we often use to make sushi at home. Thank you Riviera for the great consistent quality!

The salmon is my favorite, the texture is amazing and has converted a lot of my friends and family to becoming sushi fans haha. They started selling fresh bluefin recently as well and it's the highest quality, it's fr better than some of the cuts I've had in high end restaurants. The pacu is too crispy when fried up in a pan, another really great product they have. Highly recommend...
