Incredibly understaffed. Took 40 minutes to get an acai bowl. Worst ever will NOT BE BACK

I am a regular at this shop and twice now I have been snubbed by a new female worker.

Last time I came in I stood by the register and she rudely implied I should use the kiosk to place my order because she was busy. I explained I needed to scan my rewards app and she sighed and reluctantly helped me at the register with the scanner.

Today I went in and she was working on, admittedly, a huge order. After about three minutes she told me if I wanted to place an order it would be a minute. Once again she was a bit rude, like -can’t you see I’m busy. I said sure. After about another three minutes of being completely ignored I actually started recording the incident on my phone. After 7 more minutes of being completely ignored in silence (13 minutes total) I asked about getting my order at least taken. She said she was too busy with the big order. I asked if she could just slip another single order into the mix. Again Rudely she said no, she was alone and had no help. It’s clear this girl just doesn’t like her job or and doesn’t want to help customers at all. Or maybe she just has a grudge. Either way they are losing a lot of cash off me when I don’t return. Manager check the tapes to confirm.

No line which was awesome (Monday Veterans Day) plenty of parking in the lot but only 2 tables and 4 chairs total. Waited less than 5 minutes for my passionfruit cove with pea protein.

Love this Robeks location in Mar Vista! Fast service, friendly employees and easy to order online and pick up! They are ON TOP of it! Thank you1

I'd give 0 stars. I wanted a queen of greens for $13.00 it's so ridiculous,,no change for a $20.cant believe had to leave after driving 15 miles

My husband ordered evergreen. It was too thin and taste like water. So, he complained and ask to make another one. But they refused and give us refund. So, he stopped by Culver location and ordered another evergreen, this is a pic. Left side is Mar Vista location made, and right one is Culver location. Culver location’s one is always delicious and blight green!

Was in a rush and needed to get my grams (protein) in before rushing to the gym. Got the choco peanut butter smoothie and it was just as expected, which was good!Team was friendly and even hooked it up with extra peanut butter yum yummm

Ordered a smoothie on Monday 09/18/23 at 11:40am and she put no ice in it. I asked nicely for her to remake it and she hands me the same smoothie with No ice. Please train your employees on how to make a smoothie, she seemed confused.. it’s a smoothie.. don’t be lazy

Good spot to get a smoothie but whenever I add multiple things, they always miss some

Unfortunately this location is just not good. I've been here many times and every time I am so let down. The smoothies straight up don't taste very good and they are oddly watery. I ordered a matcha smoothie today with double matcha but I think she forgot to put matcha in all together. The smoothie was literally white :( . I was gonna say something but I just felt bad for the woman working so I let it be. If you get normal fruit smoothies they will prolly be ok. Long story short, smoothies here are always mid minus.

Somewhat disinterested counter help. Emperor açai smoothie had large chunks of ice in it, I mean seriously, the size of ice cubes. I guess that explains the fast service, they don’t bother actually fully blending the smoothie. Cup served with smoothie dripping down the side. Wouldn’t go back.
