Service was also impeccable. They also pivoted seamlessly when our first wedding venue cancelled on us.

The catering with Room Forty was phenomenal and we’re so glad we had them for our wedding day. We loved being able to taste all the different options at their tasting dinner and my husband and I definitely appreciated being able to taste and talk through all the options before selecting our menu. They have so many options for cuisines, and we loved that we didn’t feel limited in choosing from a few choices. All of the items we chose for hor dourves and our buffet dinner were superb. The food was ready to be served on time and all of the servers were so professional and efficient. Countless wedding guests came up to us during the wedding to tell us this was the best wedding food they have ever had, which feels like one of the highest compliments one could receive for their wedding. The korean braised short rib was out of this world, and cooked to perfection, which can be really challenging to do for 200 guests. I also loved how accommodating Room Forty was with all of our guest allergies and food intolerances. They made sure all of our guests were taken care of properly, and that was so appreciated. The bar was also very efficient, and our guests appreciated the quality beer and wine options that were available to them. All in all, we have no complaints with the catering team and service, and my husband and I are so glad we had Room Forty cater our wedding day.

Roomforty's food is excellent, the chicken was tender, the fish delicious. And equally import was the excellence of the staff! The event captain was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The rest of the crew were friendly and capable. the kitchen was left very clean. I could not have imagined a better catering service. Not only are the skillful but also flexible and helped us deal with a bit of rain until the sun returned! They are the best.

Room Forty is the venue’s exclusive in-house caterer and Pharmacie is the venue’s exclusive in-house beverage program. Room Forty uses fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients, and Pharmacie makes all of their syrups, etc. for their *excellent* craft cocktails from scratch. One thing I really love about Room Forty and Pharmacie is that they offer seasonal menus (yes, even the cocktails), and honestly, all of their dishes and cocktails are so creative and delicious; you really can't go wrong with any of them.
We had about 130 guests at our wedding. Room Forty and Pharmacie offer a ton of different packages, but they are flexible so if you are like us and want to make changes to your package throughout the wedding planning process, it's very easy to do so. We chose to do the full open bar with 3 bars due to guest count, and a full plated dinner with a salad course to start, choice of 3 entrees, one of which was a silent veg entree that we got to pick, and tray-passed apps. We also added a welcome cocktail (the bees knees) for our guests upon arrival and had 2 signature cocktails (the old fashioned and my personal favorite, the blackberry margarita), a sparkling toast and tableside wine service, all of which I highly recommend. We selected the following menu:
(1) Tray passed appetizers: chicken empanadas, saffron arancini and old bay crab cake lollipops
(2) First course: little gems salad with pancetta vinaigrette and pecorino
(3) Entrees: scottish salmon with summer corn, spanish chorizo, serrano chili and cauliflower puree; filet mignon with caramelized carrots, celery root and hazelnut gremolata; and the silent veg option/my absolute favorite dish of the evening: burrata cheese + corn ravioli with truffle beurre fondue, calabrian chili oil and basil
Room Forty and Pharmacie truly did NOT disappoint! The food was exceptional and the drinks were incredible; everything went seamless throughout the entire day. The servers and bartenders were all amazing and just all-around wonderful people to work with. We were absolutely blown away with everyone’s attention to detail, execution and service. The bars looked amazing, the bartenders and servers were both hip, friendly and knowledgeable, and our guests were beyond impressed.
Room Forty was extremely easy to work with and they were very flexible on custom changes. We attended a group tasting at our venue a few months before our wedding where we got to taste different appetizers, entrees, desserts, late night snacks and cocktails. We also got to mingle with the staff, which was so much fun! The staff was exceptional and everyone was so friendly. On the day-of our wedding, everything was done very efficiently; there was never a long line to get drinks and every single staff member performed their jobs with a positive attitude and a smile, which really brought the best energy possible to our wedding day!
