XOXO Sushi Lounge is a popular restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience. The crew is described as excellent, and the environment is also praised. The sushi is fresh and prepared excellently, leaving customers impressed. The restaurant is known for its very clean and well-maintained facilities.

The restaurant also hosts events, such as the Jessie Munoz memorial fund show, which featured a good turnout of metal bands and a free buffet for attendees. The inside bar has televisions for watching live sports, and the drink prices are reasonable. The service is generally very good, with the bands playing outside in the patio area, which had sufficient space.

However, there was one instance of poor customer service, where a younger and shorter woman working the bar was reported to be rude, with eye-rolling and dismissive behavior towards a customer. The customer felt like a burden and was disappointed in the service, as the bartender even tipped herself without asking first. This incident was an exception, as the owner, Rudy, is described as a nice man.
