Salazar Reviews
Dangerous! I was robbed while dining at this restaurant. There is broken glass everywhere on surrounding streets and management denies there is a crime problem. Dine at your own risk! This is a very seedy neighborhood disguised by a nice establishment that does not invest in customer safety. Eat somewhere else, these guys are negligent. Actual response from management:
Perfect for these dog days of Summer.

Salazar is a restaurant in L.A. known for its tasty tacos, fresh guacamole, and crisp tortilla chips. They offer vegetarian options like cauliflower tacos and have a spacious outdoor seating area with casual seating on a decomposed granite patio, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant serves a spicy and tropical Michelada, and the outdoor setup is described as awesome, with good sunlight and a chill vibe. Salazar is suitable for families, provided that children stay at the table, and it welcomes well-behaved dogs. Located next to Zebulon, it is a great place for dinner and drinks before a show. The service is generally fast and friendly, with staff providing good suggestions, although sometimes they may be a bit stretched. The margaritas are of good quality, and the fish tacos are particularly recommended. Other dishes like aguachile and ceviche tostadas are noted for their fresh flavors and balance, making them perfect for a warm day. Parking can be challenging as it’s a busy area, sometimes requiring a walk of a few blocks, but the lively atmosphere and tasty food make it a fun night out. Overall, Salazar offers a good variety of drinks and a memorable dining experience.
