Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have a Pasquini Livia 90 that needed some TLC. They helped me with all the questions I had and now I have a fully functional machine again!
In celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we purchased a Magica espresso machine. Our Pasquini Livia 90 served us well for 22-years-- thousands of lattes.
Guy Pasquini was very helpful and arranged a Sunday delivery so we didn't have to wait for our new beautiful machine. Based on our first Pasquini espresso machine, I strongly recommend Pasquini products

The parts and service department was great! Responsive, responsible with their advice, excellent followup and support with parts that were out of stock. A great group to work with!
