Great staff and consistently good food. This is a fast casual food spot, so don't expect table service. I've been to the location near LMU multiple times and only once was there a hiccup. Hey everyone has an off day sometime. The steak bowl with kale salad is my go to. The tempura is also very good. For the price, this is a great place to grab a quick bite.
Another great experience with SanSai. Foods really good, fresh and generous portions. Employees are attentive and super nice. Parking is abundant. I am updating my rating from 4 to 5 only because the experience and food exceeds my expectations.

I'm a fan! It's fast casual American-Asian. The service is usually good. The employees are always friendly! The space is clean. Plenty of parking. The food shines in it's portion-to-price ratio. You get AMAZING bang for your buck with this chain. 2 item combination plates around $12 include 2 salads/sides and rice. I'm a big eater and usually end up taking part home. 1 item bowls are around $9, but again, you get SO much food! SanSai is definitely not your huge selection Sushi...read full review
