Schaffer did an incredible job catering our wedding last October! From our very first time meeting with the team, they were the epitome of professional, thorough and enthusiastic. They were mindful of all dietary restrictions and super flexible and open to all of our ideas, from a more non-traditional dessert of mango stick rice to our request for late night pizzas. Our guests could not stop raving about the food all night long!

Met Schaffer catering at the Genesis booth in the LA Auto Show 2023. They were serving some traditional coffees and other specialty drinks. For their specialty, they were serving Dalgona Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and some sort of Asian Pear drink. Friendly baristas and worked very efficiently.
