Schaffer did an incredible job catering our wedding last October! From our very first time meeting with the team, they were the epitome of professional, thorough and enthusiastic. They were mindful of all dietary restrictions and super flexible and open to all of our ideas, from a more non-traditional dessert of mango stick rice to our request for late night pizzas. Our guests could not stop raving about the food all night long!
These guys are AMAZING!! I hired them to do a birthday party for 150 people for my girlfriend and it was, in a word, Spectacular!Everything from the food (chicken and waffle skewers with spicy honey *my fav!) to the super friendly staff and the super funny bartender mixing thedrinks.They came in and set up an entire kitchen in my garage. Schaffer was amazing to work with! After hearing my vision, they delivered a dream set up with everything I imagined and more for our event! I greatly appreciate how Meredith took so much care in staying within our budget. She made the whole experience so much fun and sweet! The food was perfection and super yummy.
