Stay far away from this guy he's a thief has no interest in providing service to anyone.Consistently ruins events with his terrible quality work. (Just one story here)When ordered a custom cookie with 2 names he went ahead and decided on his own to just write one name because he couldn't find space on the cookie without telling us before. When asked for a refund he spat out some volgur language and drove off. Can't let him get away with this any moreThis is not lashon hara it's letoeles stay far away

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not go here. In a town full of amazing Jewish delis and bakeries, support your local one with good people working there.

If you want hair in your food and " very rude management " YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED " the place must be under new management because I don't recall it ever being this filthy and poor quality... " What a waste ? we will never return...

They still make the best kosher baked goods. I love their sprinkle cookies and linzer cookies. Their happy face cookies taste exactly the same as when I was a kid. I recommend their seven layer cake as well.

I'd like to share my disappointing experience ordering from Shwartz bakery on Pico - specifically working with Mark. The sole reason I chose this bakery for my daughters first birthday was due to his assurances of professionalism when delivering cake. I told him when I've picked up cake myself in the past, it would get ruined and was willing to pay extra for a professional delivery service.I've attached photos of the destroyed $300 cake delivered to us and a photo of what I asked for with pink frosting (instead of white that was delivered). After I showed him how the cake was delivered, he stated it was in perfect condition and it's not his fault it was ruined during transit. A simple sincere apology would have gone a long way for me. Not only he didn't apologize, but he said I should have just picked it up myself? He was extremely rude, defensive, and continued to request $55 for the delivery via credit card. After I refused, he asked me if I'm not ashamed with how I treat a fellow Jew? If I could save ONE person from the disappointment of working with Mark then this post is worth it. I have no idea how he is still in business.

PSA: I wouldn't do business with Mark. He has terrible customer service according to a mom on LA Jewish Mom's! He just angered the wrong Jewish mama and she revealed how he treated her. Now all the Jewish mamas know not to get their cakes here! Bummer for you Mark, you just lost so much business! Don't mess with mama's especially Jewish mama's!!!

This bakery has really yummy treats but the man who helped us was incredibly rude. The customer service was so awful, he did not make me feel welcome. Actually, it felt like my presence there was more of a nuisance than anything else. Again, the food itself was yummy but the man who helped checked us out was very blunt and short with his responses especially when we were asking what each pastry is as they were not labeled. I would never sit here to eat the place itself was fine, there are so many options but seeing as there are so many other bakeries nearby I would choose to go to another one and hope for better customer service. However, a friend had come by earlier and there was a woman at the counter who was great!
