Had their classic pho for $12.99. Good size bowl and food is good. The noodle was somewhat over done and very soft and not chewy. The service was very good. If I'm back here in the California market building I might try it again.
Free Parking available in the garage. Self service is available but they are able to take your order. Portions are large! Spicy pho is very delicious. There is a lore of table seating available.

We all the same idea on this cold day in LA. That idea was PHO! We were ok our way to our usual spot when we saw that jr was CLOSED! So i thought to myself no fear let me yelp!
