3 stars because drinks are great but their online ordering is super annoying. A lot of their drinks come with boba and you can’t customize it to NOT have boba. There is no “No Boba” option and you can’t even write a note. This goes for their clover app, postmate, and door dash. And you can’t even call the number to tell them, it’s now an automatic message.

Taro pearl milk tea is my go-to. I usually order on the app and my drink is always ready whenever I get there for pickup. Very Convenient. They are friendly.

After bringing my freshly-made boba to my table, I knocked it over, which broke and splattered all over the ground. The staff were SO understanding and kind after the literal mess that I caused in the store and even made another one of the same drink for me. I was so touched This place has both amazing vibes and wonderful staff (i regret not asking for their names) - encourage everyone to come here for a daily boba fix :)

Like other boba places you can customize your ice and sweetness levels. Easy order options like online/QR, at the kiosk, or with the staff in front. Cash only in person. Be aware the menu prices are for the cash payment. Order online or via kiosk is 4% higher, and there is another service fee on top. But they don't add tax on top. Receipts are electronic only when I went.

Will update the food part star review when I visit again]It's the 4TH TIME they did my sugar and ice level completely wrong!!! I asked for less ice and sugar for a reason instead of doing it for fun. PLEASE READ CUSTOMERS INSTRUCTION. I don't anticipate to spend money to buy an item I don't want. Disappointed.Also, I believe some employee doesn't know what Thai Tea and Hokkaido Tea are, so keeps messing up our drinks sugar and ice!!!

I don't come here for the food ( if there's any! ); I come for the drinks!! This is how I do it: First, see who's working with me. Second, get a group order going and order online ( skip the order and wait time, you know? ). Third, walk or drive over and pick up the lot, fast and furious =D. Brightly lit campus hangout that's always packed full of college kids! Mango passion fruit tea is my JAM!! Located in Westwood Village at Broxton and Weyburn; great spot for social / grab a sweet beverage. Options, options. They have a large variety of drinks to choose from. Boba for those of you who like chewy, gelatinous balls in your mouth! =x Boba-free tea lover over here, LOL!! Different levels of sweetness to customize your drink with; sugar free to you might need insulin!!! If diabetes is not a concern, there's a 120% sugar level to be had and I do have coworkers who go for that with NO regrets, lol!!! No proof of life pics today; trust me, this is a must try!! Korean sweet tea in the Village, come check it!!
