Sichuan Impression Reviews
The best spicy Chinese Food in OC/LA area hands down! They have been Michelin recommended for a reason. Their food has lots of depth of umami flavors with a good amount of spice with a refined touch. Their none spicy broths are especially good too.
My faves are their dry pots, toothpick lambs, Qiao Jiao Beef. We also like their spicy ribs and boiled fish in chilli sauce, and Mao cai.
Service is great too!
Food is very delicious and authentic based on my Chinese friend's opinion. Service is fast and good!
The food is not as good as it used to be. I will not go back again until the food has improved

Generous portions and fair prices make Sichuan Impression a reliable choice for those craving flavorful, authentic Szechuan cuisine. Must-try dishes include Toothpick Lamb, Mapo Tofu, Impressive Eggplant, and Boiled Fish with Green Pepper Sauce. The mustard leaf tofu soup is also a highlight. Many diners appreciate the bold and authentic flavors, especially if you like that classic Sichuan numbing spice. Favorites like Chong qing chicken and green beans are often enjoyed. Recent visitors note that the Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetable Soup (Mild Spicy) is a recommended dish with flaky fish and just the right level of spice.
