Tteokbokki sauce was just the right amount of spice with a great flavor on there.I ordered the one with cheese on top, and cheese added additional flavor that complemented the spiciness well.Tteok was tender and chewy, without being mushy. honestly this place is a hit or miss for people. i remember trying sinjeon when it first came to la and being disappointed. but when i tried it again recently man was it so good. the dduk was chewy, the sauce was rich and the cheese was gooey and delicious. i also tried their spicy kimbap which was bomb. they were huge and definitely pretty spicy. everytime i eat this my stomach gurgles like crazy for the rest of the night but i crave it every week. the service is also pretty...read full review

When my friend and I walked in we were greeted right away. There are tables set up throughout the restaurant as well as seating outside so there was plenty of space!
