best handrolls so far! alex was amazing in helping us what to choose. but unfortunately we did not like the cucumber salad at all it was sweet and im not one that likes sweet in food. but other than that all the handrolls were amazing!

Sora Handroll Bar offers some of the best handrolls, with fresh sushi and tasty options like Hokkaido uni, ikura, spicy lobster, and Kumamoto yellowtail. The service and food are excellent, though the cucumber salad was sweet, and the scallop handroll was cut into pieces. The restaurant is somewhat hidden but worth finding, with a great ambiance and knowledgeable staff. Josue, a bartender and server, was amazing and attentive, making great cocktails like the passion fruit margarita and giving thoughtful recommendations. The new Brentwood location is a 10/10, with fresh sushi and a friendly atmosphere, making it a great neighborhood go-to.
