Quick response, friendly and accommodating staff, but my dip nails didn't last :( This place had a lot of promise.. it was a great experience from the moment I requested an appointment until I walked out the door. I came in an hour early than my requested time and was in no rush and was ready to wait, but they were able to take me in as soon as I came. I don't mind paying a lot for my nails but when you have 6 people come and try to convince you you are at fault for them not being upfront enough about the pricing... I was in tears by the time I left. The owner said it would be $80 when I spoke with him. (I asked for gel nail and nail extension which was the wrong terminology. Well, I saw the great reviews and decided to give this place a try. For what I paid I must say I'm definitely not impressed. I got a dip powder maní, which is supposed to last longer... Well guess what, two days in the color started looking dull, 4 days a nail chipped, a week and a half in and everyone of my nails has a chip.
