Soooooo good!
Literally the best pierogis I’ve ever had in my life. We had the sauerkraut and mushroom. It was so fresh and the perfect balance of flavors.
it was my first time at the LA farmers market and I had a great time walking around, but my favorite part was the pierogies. We had the mix and we had the potato and cheddar and the meat. Full of flavor very soft. 10 out of 10

Stara Pierogi & Sausage | LA is a must-visit for pierogi lovers. The pierogies are absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and very soft with a tender, hand-made dough. Reviewers loved the mix, including the potato and cheddar, the meat, and even the sauerkraut and mushroom pierogis. The food is made to order and fresh, with one guest noting they could hear the chef pounding the pork for the schnitzel and see the woman making the dumplings. The schnitzel was very excellent, and the mashed potatoes and red cabbage that came with it were delicious too. The burrata salad was also super tasty. The staff is very friendly and personable, and the spot is perfect for people watching and enjoying a beautiful afternoon at the LA Farmers Market or the new Venice location. While one reviewer noted they ran out of spinach and feta, the meat and potato options were still fabulous. A small critique mentioned the wax paper tearing, but it was not a big deal. Guests highly recommend this spot for authentic, delicious pierogies in LA and will definitely be back.
