Cosy Starbucks with a huge fireplace inside. Very friendly and competent baristas. The outside Terrasse is in a corner and cosy as well. Parking is easy and free for two hours.

Ordered 2 venti drinks with my girlfriend. Barista name is Jose. Girlfriend ends up paying for it and I forgot to show my Starbucks rewards app.. I asked for credit on 2 drinks and Jose just says " ohhh it's too late" with a smirk.. thanks alot Mr. Barista of the Year. Great Great service. And I'll never come back here again.

Been coming here every day since April 2016. Used to be amazing. Everyone was nice, they knew your name, let you know when they were slow because of too many orders. Bethel and Beck were the best. Manager / Staff changed recently and it's a mess now. Employees are rude, talk to each other instead of helping people, store is dirty, closes early frequently, total crapshoot on if they get your drink right (wrong more often than not), 20+ minutes for Nitro which takes 1 second to make. Just embarrassing all around. Today was the last straw. The app switched to another store because this one closed off mobile orders. Problem is, it switched to one on the same street and the cross street was cut off so how would I know? I don't have time to go a mile up the road so I asked if they could just do me a solid and make it there. Employee was rude. Manager tried to charge me again. Never coming back.

I've been here 10+ times. I order ahead and give them plenty of time to prepare my order. It's never ready. It's always 10-20 minutes late. And I've had to ask for my food three separate times because they forgot to put it in the oven... Incompetent, lazy, disorganized, stupid. 0 stars.

Lazily made my drink with major attitude. Politely asked for the mixed drink to be shaken (thought was protocol regardless, so the ingredients can, you know, mix) and was responded to with more major attitude. Thanked anyway only to get their back turned to me without any response.
