I keep coming here for my coffee, hoping that it will get better. It is always very dirty, and it’s unpleasant to sit down and enjoy the drink. The staff is very slow, and some of them don’t know how to make a proper cold foam. When I ask them to redo it, the barista says that this is the best he can do or offers to refund me. Not all of the baristas are like this, thankfully. But even after a few weeks, I’m still getting the same barista who doesn’t know how to make a thick cold foam. Hopefully, you’ll teach your staff to do their job properly and take better care of the cleanliness of the place…

Jordan was the barista who took care of me and I truly was impressed by his level of customer service patients and overall abilities. He went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the drink I had and honestly it really made me feel appreciated and makes me wanna keep coming back to the Starbucks. Jordan is keeping customer service alive. Good on you guys for finding good people.

Don’t go there if you want to work or want to charge your phone. They don’t have a single outlet. The barista said that he believes that it’s bad for their business. I think that this behavior is really bad for their business!
