Jordan was the barista who took care of me and I truly was impressed by his level of customer service patients and overall abilities. He went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the drink I had and honestly it really made me feel appreciated and makes me wanna keep coming back to the Starbucks. Jordan is keeping customer service alive. Good on you guys for finding good people.
While this is a small Starbucks, the staff here are the nicest and most efficient of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Super fast, attentive to the specific customer and courteous. Really noticeable and much appreciated!
Food was good but some items were out of stock without apologies or smiles. The restroom said out of soap, sure hope staff washes their hands after using! ? no defining way of telling where the line starts and ends. Gladly ate outside, needs an UPDATED EHS visit
