The drinks are great as always, cant go wrong with getting a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and a Spinach Feta and Cheese wrap!!! Not that much parking as of today Feb 5 because of construction however one side is available to park in u just need a quarter for the meter.

The location had samples of a new drink made with pistachio. After trying it, I changed my mind (wanted an Oleate), and opted for the one with pstachio. The employees were nice and polite but probably need more training with customers regarding diet restrictions, since I asked if the new drink had dairy and they said, "no" (it happens that the foam is made of milk). Also, when my wife asked for my drink and her drink, I went to pick them up and gave me just mine. They forgot about her cup of coffee. The music was not the one that you expect from a Starbucks location. It was music from their taste, so, it was not pleasant to hear that kind of Latin Hip-hop, called Reggaeton.

Terrible customer service. Choosy to whom they are decent to. Didn’t inform some customers that their order was ready. Quality employees can make or break a location and this one is on unstable ground.

I really wanted to like this Starbucks but they don’t know how to make flat whites, orders take forever, and the oatmilk was chunky at one point in my drink. I live right around the corner but just walk to the one across from equinox now past Ralphs. :(

The baristas are super nice people ..really friendly..the only thing is that they don't have a proper space to drink your coffee or to work in the computer, the furniture is not comfortable. Despite that the people working there are mega mega friendly ..I was amazed about that. Great service :)

Every time I come to this location they rarely get my order correct. Then they tell you that’s not what he said… like I’m not standing right there. Even when they get it right on the ticket the drink still comes out wrong. Staff lacks customer service skills. Plus I order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks. Only thing I get.Vegetarian options: They have a nice selection for vegansParking: They’re working on the Metro line so traffic is always bad and there’s really nowhere to park. Or you can pay $6 dollars to park in a private lot.

Workers are so busy chatting with each other that your order will get cold while sitting at the coffee machine.Regarding the order I have, I'm drinking some kind of a mixture of coffee and cream right now, but not a chai tea latte, which was my order. Unfortunately, I've driven away some distance before testing my coffee. I suggest you try your order before leaving the store.

I've been a regular at this location for almost 10 years & it's been a consistently great experience! This is a really tough location & the staff handles it all with such grace. They really treat their regulars with love & respect. Chris is a great store manager, & they hire a great team. It means a lot to me that Chris always remembers the details like that I like a drink sleeve to hold my iced matcha while I walk my dog in the morning. Making people feel seen is such a gift! So grateful for my friendships here over the years- Josh, Dev, Bleum, Kat, Miguel, etc. Much love!
