This Starbucks is great! The employees are really sweet and the drinks are always on point! I couldn’t help but notice how rude one of the managers, Vince, was to his employees. As a former customer service worker, I sympathize for employees that have to deal with such hostile managers!
First things first, whoever is in charge of this location I hope you know you have the best people working there and I do hope you reward them for that! I used to live close by and I move out and I still go to this location because the drinks taste much better there! I have many locations on my way to work however alway prefer to go to this locations due to the service and atmosphere. Service a majority of the time is great. I am greatful of having Brook and Blanca when they're in, alway with a smile & making each visit experience feel comfortable & inviting.
