Blocking all the outlets is a weird anti social move. I'm sure it won't lead to loss of business due to the location of this place, but I just think that's really shitty of them, especially given they're located in a student town. Just messed up imo.

The place is fine. Regular Starbucks with fast and courteous service. The homeless people of the area make it uncomfortable at times because they are sometimes aggressive but that is not a Starbucks challenge.

I didn't eat so can't review "We don't serve hot water. Only cold." Barista added lil warmth for nice tepid tea... a 1st. Big location inside, 5 tables for outside seating. See picture of 'charge tables' that we've used other location. Once a/c turned on it started to become comfortable. Hey, it's a Starbucks. Nothing different on menu. Heart of UCLA in Westwood

My card wouldn’t go through and the workers were so sweet to say this ones on me and gave me a free drink! I have never had this experience before and the workers were so kind.
The location is nice, right in the village center. But in term of service, some baristas are nice, but some are cold and unhelpful. Vadim carries particularly a bad attitude.

The staff working today 5/24/2024 at 6:45 p.m. were very rude and condescending. First of all I got scolded because I didn’t say I wanted my drink hot or iced. Mind you I am not done ordering my drinks. Besides when I usually visit any other Starbucks I am usually asked by the person taking the order whether I want my drink hot or iced. Then the lady doing the drinks gave me the wrong size for one of my drinks then remade it but put no caramel in it. We asked for a cup holder and literally threw it at me. Their attitude is almost as if they’re doing you a favor. ?
