The place is fine. Regular Starbucks with fast and courteous service. The homeless people of the area make it uncomfortable at times because they are sometimes aggressive but that is not a Starbucks challenge.

"We don't serve hot water. Only cold." Barista added lil warmth for nice tepid tea... a 1st.
Big location inside, 5 tables for outside seating. See picture of 'charge tables' that we've used other location.
Once a/c turned on it started to become comfortable.

Great place for coffee. The location is in the middle of Westwood and lends its people watching. You will have a problem finding free parking
