Unfortunately the people here are so grumpy and rude. They are constantly having problems with the food they order with most times everything being frozen solid so they can’t sell it. But its mainly that all the employees look and act MISERABLE! ☹️ no ones demanding bubbly smiles. But when you ask for anything they act like they have been grossly inconvenienced. They argue with you & are just unpleasant! If they are so unhappy, they need to do the work and find a new job away from people.

This place opens at 5am. I was there at 5:40 am and the staff was pissed off that I even showed up!! Attitude right out of the gate, eyes rolling and not talking back.
Excellent way to start you day.. thanks to “Selena” the amazing barista, I’m never going back there.. hope this helps y’all

Worst service ever, bad attitudes, and makes the drinks that don't taste like it supposed to. No experience in coffee. Had to throw away my drink because it was sour. How can I get my refund?

The worst service I've ever had. This girl always makes mistakes. She doesn't know anything about coffee, I don't know why Starbucks allowed to have someone who doesn't know anything about coffee. The coffee that she makes is disgusting and cold when you ask for a hot coffee. So disappointed

I paid $6 for my drink and they did it wrong and refused to fix. The African american girl who works there asked for another $6 to fix my drink for me. She was insulting and disrespecting me. She said this coffee is not from their location and keep telling that I lied.She was extremely rude and dishonest. Do not go there.
