Ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich through DoorDash & they gave me one with meat. I haven't eaten meat in 10 years & I bit into it. I swear this location can't get it right. Whenever I order the nondairy cold foam, they always give me it without the cold foam. I always have to go back and have it fixed.

Came here to do some school work because there's a road repair in our street and it was noisy. I ordered my drink, got a table beside another gentleman who was reading his book. I opened my laptop, got my notes out and the staff blasted Coldplay on the speakers. Seriously?! The gentleman left a few seconds later shaking his head. The staff started talking loudly too so I put my airpods on. Maybe they don't want customers to stay inside since most of the people get their orders to go. Just not something I'd expect from a Starbucks.
Another older lady sat on a table and asked the staff if they can turn down the volume which they did but I saw a couple staff make faces. She also asked if they can turn down the AC but one staff said they can't. I have never been in a Starbucks that's not able to control the ACU temp. Not coming back even if they're close by my place.

There is a cashier called LUIS forced me to purchase something that before used restroom Obviously I came here to buy coffee but before that I really wanted to use the restroom really badly I didnāt come here to use the restrooms Iām living literally 5 minutes from where the store located He came to again and again āAre you going to purchase something or notā he emphasized so bad in front all the people in the store at time Once I came back from restroom he were removed his badge which is funny Is this the way to treat the customers of the Starbucks? Really disappointing..

Funky entrance to the underground parking lot, but aside from that, it was a very pleasant experience. Especially, because I had to go have some blood work done, and could not have any caffeine before. So that made it extra nice to have a Vente white chocolate mocha.

I frequently purchase here as itās super close to my job. Today I went in for some ice and was denied. I even offered to pay and they told me,ānoā that I had to buy something even if it was the cheapest thing. I had just spent $12 and some change the day before. I will no longer go to that place!

Now thereās a whole homeless encampment in front of the building. It makes it difficult to walk by there. The smell of urine and fecal is insane very uncomfortable. You canāt even smell the coffee. I hope the owners can clean up the front of the building. If you sit inside all you see is the homeless person in front of the windows.

I donāt know if the cashier is racist or something. This is the third time I have a problem with the same cashier. He always would tell me to bring a smaller bill and today I bought a 50 dollar bill and he had a problem with it. Iāve seen him accept larger bills from other people without a problem. Even if I bring a 20 dollar bill itās still a problem. If itās a busy shop they should have change, I understand if itās in the morning but I came in during the afternoon. Not coming back here ever again.

Walked in and was able to receive a cup of water. The respectful customer service to be able to pass out the bag of frozen food to the homeless as well have one for myself to enjoy with walking. God bless your coffee shop with kindness and abundance. š¹š©·
