The girl who works there is super rude ( Went there on december 26 2023 around 2 pm ) . My dad is an elderly person who was ordering his coffee and forgot to order milk. I asked the girl nicely if she could add some milk to my dad's coffee and she spilled the milk on me causing my hand to burn. Her treat is super horrible, if you don't know how to treat clients well and especially the elderly, don't work there .

A very disappointing experience especially as a starbucks employee. The drink was unpleasant and didn’t taste one bit good, got my order wrong charge me extra for something i shouldn’t have been charged. Atmosphere was dead and unhappy. Just an overall disappointing experience, either do better, get new employees, or close.

EXCUSE ME?! What kind of an ignorant and rude answer is that when right next door (in LaLa land store) there’s a public toilet. Avoid this location and it’s staff.
