I get Starbucks like maybe once a month in the mornings and I always go through the drive through. There is almost always one guy working the drive-through and every single time he gets my order wrong even when I correct him at the order screen, he gets it wrong. Not even just drinks that, I can understand sometimes get misconstrued, but food is wrong too!

In 2019 I moved back to West LA to care for both of my aging elderly parents since there is health issues this particular location becsme my favorite to go Starbucks ! A lot of the employees also got to know my mother and loved and adored her and I know the day that she passed away that they were very emotional but also very supportive everyone treated my mother and I was such kindness compassion and love thank you all for all that you have done we miss you also very much I know I don't come in as often now that I have moved back to the San Fernando valley

Came into Starbucks and clearly ordered 2 different drinks. The barista made one of the drinks, placed the drink on the counter and then walked off. When I asked about the 2nd drink I was told that I only ordered one drink. Having to have my date reorder my drink is uncalled for.

It was horrible I asked them to remake my coffee they remade it the same way they made it the first time is was ruined I wasted 17$ I had to be back at work so I didn’t have time to get another coffee or a refund because I paid on my credit card I’m pissed don’t go here
Lately this location for the drive through has been taking for ever!!! I do not know why but it almost took 40mins to get my drink and it’s been like this for the past two weeks. To the point I just don’t go anymore because instead getting to my job on time I’m coming late. But overall the people there are great just the service been slow.
