Came into Starbucks and clearly ordered 2 different drinks. The barista made one of the drinks, placed the drink on the counter and then walked off. When I asked about the 2nd drink I was told that I only ordered one drink. Having to have my date reorder my drink is uncalled for.

It was horrible I asked them to remake my coffee they remade it the same way they made it the first time is was ruined I wasted 17$ I had to be back at work so I didn’t have time to get another coffee or a refund because I paid on my credit card I’m pissed don’t go here

Lately this location for the drive through has been taking for ever!!! I do not know why but it almost took 40mins to get my drink and it’s been like this for the past two weeks. To the point I just don’t go anymore because instead getting to my job on time I’m coming late. But overall the people there are great just the service been slow.

Not only did the staff get my order wrong (I asked for NO WHIP on my drink, I did not get a receipt and staff refused to provide it so I can get my rewards. She said to call the 800 number. I am entitled to have a receipt, this is a violation of my consumer rights. Rude.

I was just there, guy with heavy accent told me they closed at 6:45pm....I am like whaaaat?? Yes indeed he said its Friday and he closes early, seriously this guy doesn't care about his sales, Ralphs market will have to work with Starbucks and coordinate schedules with them too since this also carries on the markey customers, not happy at all !!
