Lately this location for the drive through has been taking for ever!!! I do not know why but it almost took 40mins to get my drink and it’s been like this for the past two weeks. To the point I just don’t go anymore because instead getting to my job on time I’m coming late. But overall the people there are great just the service been slow.

Been going to this Starbucks for years since I live in the area. Unfortunately some of the Baristas struggle with customer relations. For example, the was in there the other day and ordered a coffee. The barista told me that they were making a new batch of coffee. I weighted 20 minutes without any notification that my coffee was ready. I asked the Barista on staff (Short thick Latina with blue hair) why you didnt notify me that coffee was ready? I was just ignored. With all the Starbucks closing down Economic supply chain problems one would think thst customer relations would be a top priority for the survival of a business unfortunately with this Starbucks this is not the case. In addition their were other occasions where the baristas would be gossiping about various customers on the work floor. Last but not least saw a barista sneeze in hand and not take the time to wash her hands nor use hand sanitizer. I would highly recommend you seek another Starbucks or other Coffee Shop that has nice staff thst care about their work and can relate with the public.

Molly was an absolute pleasure interacting with. Wonderful customer service and took care of all my needs with the upmost positive attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. I drive here each day even though there are many closer locations to my home.
Not only did the staff get my order wrong (I asked for NO WHIP on my drink, I did not get a receipt and staff refused to provide it so I can get my rewards. She said to call the 800 number. I am entitled to have a receipt, this is a violation of my consumer rights. Rude.

I was just there, guy with heavy accent told me they closed at 6:45pm....I am like whaaaat?? Yes indeed he said its Friday and he closes early, seriously this guy doesn't care about his sales, Ralphs market will have to work with Starbucks and coordinate schedules with them too since this also carries on the markey customers, not happy at all !!
