In 2019 I moved back to West LA to care for both of my aging elderly parents since there is health issues this particular location becsme my favorite to go Starbucks ! A lot of the employees also got to know my mother and loved and adored her and I know the day that she passed away that they were very emotional but also very supportive everyone treated my mother and I was such kindness compassion and love thank you all for all that you have done we miss you also very much I know...
Lately this location for the drive through has been taking for ever!!! I do not know why but it almost took 40mins to get my drink and it’s been like this for the past two weeks. To the point I just don’t go anymore because instead getting to my job on time I’m coming late. But overall the people there are great just the service been slow.
