I had a really good interaction with one of the employees her name is Marlene I usually ask the barista to recommend me a drink so I can try something new and apart from recommending me a really good drink she also provided great customer service. The drink was an Iced Chai Latte with lavender cold foam and it was delicious.

This is a relatively newer Starbucks, so if you've seen it you've mostly seen like the drive-thru line. I scoped it out on Google maps street view to be sure, but it also has a small sitting area and a walk-up window so I figured I'd use those gift cards that have been in my junk drawer for ages and set it as my destination on a bike ride.
I parked my bike next to a table and ordered a pastry and cold brew. My wait was minimal, there was plenty of space for my bike (and plenty other tables left over) and for me to enjoy my purchases with the line of cars steadily moving through and back out to East LA traffic on a Monday morning. Chill spot if you need it.

They messed up my order, the sad part is she kept making fun of my order. She was at the window at 10:25 am. (Couldn't get her name.)(she was very unprofessional) Yet she wanted me to take a drink that wasn't even what I order. Thankfully the nice gentleman came to help me, he did amazing and was very professional. His service was 5 stars. ((Hers negative 5))

Major Shout out to Brianna, Julio, Ray, and Jesus S!!!! This staff was so kind and helpful. We had Career Day at our elementary school and this Starbucks donated 2 travel boxes of coffee for it. I called about 5 Starbucks stores to ask for the donation and only this one was willing to cover both. All the others said they required a week in advance. Most of them didn’t even want to contact their manager to help us out. This Starbucks and Staff went above and beyond to help me last minute. Our elementary school greatly appreciates your generosity!!! Thank you so much! True hospitality.

Such amazing staff. I love how nice they are. It really leaves me in awe because I know how many people they serve on a daily and they still manage to smile when pulling up to the window. This is and will always be my go-to Starbucks. They haven't messed up the caramel ribbon crunch and my go to white chocolate mocha with that extra pump of white mocha thus far.
