In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

When I say amazing I mean they already have my order memorized and tapping down on the register ready for me to pay. I’m always greeted by name and always left nice little messages on my food bags or drink cans ntainers telling me to have a great day at work. The food-always in stock & delicious. The staff, meh. The male servers are okay, the younger gals have major attitudes!!! Seriously, at $20.00 an hour plus a tip, figure out who the customer is!! I come with a smile & sometimes paying for the car behind me who is a total stranger, and they're busy slamming the drive up window. REALLY? WTH do they think they are? Try out models for LA Apparel? If it were up to me, I'd avoid contact with the employees, all together....
