Elliott is 10000/10. He's so sweet and kind and has great energy. One of my coworkers spilled her drink, and he helped her clean it up and didn't make her feel bad about it at all and had another drink made for her. Meanwhile, still maintaining a cheerful attitude and handing out the other customers their drinks. Then, out of nowhere, he started speaking Spanish to the workers behind the counter. Honestly, someone could have helped him clean it up very quickly, but...
I’ve come in here several times lately and it’s because of the staff. One afternoon as I was on my way in Kody was dealing with a homeless woman who was “unique” to say the least. Poor woman clearly had mental Issues and Kody approached the situation with a little lighthearted humor. (Clearly he’s dealt with this type of person before) Needless to say he was able to get her out of the store with less of a scene than she had created. Kudos Kody. I absolutely HATE...
