Awful experience! I found rocks in my drink, disgusting! What the heck! My grandaughter said she's allergic to nuts, and they proceeded to add a cream with nuts into her drink! We had to go to the hospital and pay the bill of 8500$ because her allery is SEVERE! I might sue. ?

Kevin from USC Starbucks shop refuses to warm up/toast sandwiches when you order with him at the counter. All other staff there does but him. He said that Starbucks doesn't do that and provides poor service to customers.

In recent months, I have been coming to this café a lot to study and do some work. Sofia, Alex, and Kate are among the staff members that make this place so great. Very kind and helpful people. It's easy for them to make you happy. A visit to this place would never disappoint you. You should definitely try their Matcha latte as well!

Where to begin. Your staff needs to lose the attitude. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever experienced. It is a pocket of misery.Also, get some outlets
