Had lunch with friends at the University Club after visiting an exhibit on campus at the USC Fisher Gallery. Beautifully renovated former public library building on the USC campus. The ambience, service, presentation and quality of menu was excellent and befitting a private dining club. In all, a classy, academic and understated venue on this prestigious university campus.
I had the roasted chicken, and it was very good. The service was excellent, as was the atmosphere.

I also loved looking at the old photographs, awards, and memorabilia displayed throughout the restaurant. It made lunch feel like part of our USC experience rather than just a meal.
