This is beyond ridiculous. I come here at least 3–4 times a week, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get only half a cup of coffee — even though I paid $5.25 for a 12oz drink. Is $5.25 the price for half a cup now?? Today I finally asked them to remake it, and the barista flat-out refused, without any explanation.
Starbucks themselves said drinks can be remade if something’s wrong — so why was I denied? I’m honestly furious. I keep giving this store chances, but this is pure disrespect for customers. If you can’t even fill a cup, at least be honest and change the price to “half size.”
Absolutely unacceptable.

Homeless people inside the Starbucks were asking people to purchase coffees for them. Otherwise normal good Starbucks, staff were friendly. Lots of students inside. Limited seating.

If you are near Expo Park and need a coffee fix this one is located pretty conveniently to the Blue Structure. The service is friendly here, expect weekday service in the mornings to be packed with students coming and going to class.
