I ordered at the wrong Starbucks, the 800 number sucks. So I decided to go to the store where I accidentally ordered from. Before I went I called to see if I can get a refund. The girl named Marisol is rude and very unprofessional. Juan made sure I was taken care of he gets a 5 star. Everyone else gets no stars if that was possible on here.

I came in to pick up an uber eats order. Before I grabbed the order I asked to use the restroom. They gave me the code for the first restroom on the right. I go in and there in poop smeared on the toilet seat. Clearly I can't use the restroom. I go back out and tell the associate making the drinks and she just says "Yeah I'm sorry that's the only one we have open" another associate came by and she said they would have to close it. The male associate said what about the other one and the female associate said "that's the one we use"HORRIBLE CLEANLINESS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Instead of going to clean the bathroom or letting me use the other one they just turned me away as if there was nothing they can do. I will be calling the corporate office to complain. These younger kids HAVE to learn what real customer service is. This has to stop. Take pride in your job.

Love this location! I was really hot after the hurricane and a lot of people have been ordering drinks, but I got my delicious drink within a reasonable time of ordering in person. However, I do agree with the comments saying that mobile orders are a priority, as I saw an insane amount of drinks/food in the mobile order pickup section (pictured) on a Monday at 1:30pm. Not a lot of people study there because of a lack of seats, its more of a grab and go situation. If you go to USC and need quick service, go to this starbucks.

They are horrible with serving people who order there food they make mobile orders first and then make other people's orders and yet don't make them right only for mobile orders so it's like they have preferences.

Drink was predictably good. Maps says opens at 5:30, which is more accurate than door, which says 5:00 AM. At 5:40AM a delivery man unlocked the door then locked it behind himself. Then an employee opened the door for customers but the other customer had left.

This Starbucks is on Figueroa across the street from the USC campus next to the USC hotel. It's a pretty wild scene down there, students, tourists and the street scene in equal proportions.Parking: Good luck!!!
