Costumer service is the best

Since when is water not free, or even a quarter. This is blatant pricing discrimination

Ask for a cup of hot water for my Starbucks Via packet and was rudely told no by Jason and Elio. Since when can’t you get water at Starbucks? I have traveled all around the world and have never been refused water even in airports. Bad customer service and certainly not good business. Do better Starbucks. I was using your product. Got health reasons I can’t have the sweeten drinks you serve so I keep a via packet just in case. I guess it’s a sign to give up Starbucks all together.

I always do online pick up, the one time I decide to walk in sit down and wait for a friend, I’m immediately harassed to order or leave. Informed the barista I will order as soon as the rest of my party arrives. He wasted no time and confronting us as soon as they walk up and sat down. Terrible services terrible attitude.
Not friendly at all.
Even if that’s your policy, you should always greet yourself and ask if u can help with anything before threatening to ask someone to leave.

Nice place

Been coming here a couple of times, and they gotten my order wrong twice. When asked to fix my order, the girl said that they couldn’t remake it because they don’t do their drinks hot, but once I called her lies out, they remade my drinks. Very unprofessional, to lie to a customer who made their order very clear from the start. It gives the impression that they didn’t want to remake the drinks because of their mistakes.

Reliably good espresso (applies to all Starbucks in the USA), friendly staff. We just had a quick coffee to go.

Although there are only straight seats and some high seats, the store is comfortable and nice. Starbucks partners are also bright. There are many types of bread.

This is a solid Starbucks with friendly staff, regularly stocked food items and a bright, cheery atmosphere. Customers are greeted by talkative baristas who are concerned with creating a positive experience. The drinks are made correctly with care and optimism, and if there is any concern they pleasantly address any shortcomings. It is how it should be!

It should be added that the remodel a year or so ago really perked up the site so it’s much brighter and inviting.

Parking: The parking lot is tight and some spaces are reserved for neighboring businesses. Parking is complex when Whole Foods is busy so there may be time parking and walking.

I've been going here for a long while. They're always pleasant, friendly, and they've memorized my order. ? Even when I quit Starbucks for 3 years... Went back, they remembered me. ?

Solid go-to spot for mobile orders. The baristas are very friendly and try to be very accomodating. My only quip is that the baked goods often taste stale or expired compared to when getting at other locations.
