Very disappointed with the service. The cashier charged my credit card for two mugs, even though I only purchased one. It was clear they noticed the mistake but didn’t say anything. I only realized it later and had to waste half an hour on a refund and repurchase. It felt intentional. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable. I recommend others double-check their receipts and transactions, as this might not be an isolated incident.

Too slow! I waited with about 20 other people for 15 minutes. The three attendants were moving at a zombie-like pace. I left the store without a coffee because the line didn’t move an inch.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a warm item, a hot espresso drink, and a snack. It was busy, so I patiently waited 30 minutes for the warm item and the coffee. When I didn't receive the packaged snack, I asked 3 employees for information , explaining that it was a packaged item and I didn't see it on the shelves (since I placed a mobile order), and they replied they had it and I only needed to wait. Go to Peet's Coffee down the hall.

Utterly disappointed. Either get your current staff fired or hire more employees because the service is below adequate. When a brand advertises mobile ordering as "Save time, order ahead", you'd expect service for mobile orders to be faster. NO. I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and then I had to board. Did I get my drinks? NO. It was a 24 dollar order and I was really looking forward to my coffee at 4 am in the morning. This branch is a tarnish on the Starbucks brand and does not stand for the same values. It needs to change or you need to avoid it at all costs.

Don’t go if you’re in a rush. They are too slow, people were stacking up and a lot of people couldn’t get their orders because their flights are in final call for boarding. Slowest starbucks ever.

This is unacceptable: the was line going around the corner because they are not properly staffed. The people working there are nice, but super stressed out. They can’t get the orders on time because there is too much demand! Open more stores or expand this shop! I ordered online and still waited 45 min for a coffee that was never ready. I had to leave for my flight! I love some of the starbucks coffees, but I don’t think I am going to waste my time on them in the airports. This seems to be a widespread airports problem in similar airports!

I felt compelled to write a review for this Starbucks because the service was just so surprisingly fast. Just a few days ago, I stood in a 45 min line at a Starbucks in Boston at 5AM. Not my best morning, but it was at the airport, so I figured that airport Starbucks’ were just bad. This place proved that wrong!!!! Super efficient team working at 5AM on October 12th - hope they get their recognition and praise, it’s not an easy shift, an easy location, or an easy crowd, but they got my sweet cream nitro cold brew out quick!

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and it's all due to the employees attitudes and how they treat customers. Every time I've come here, the workers have been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to learn from their mistakes. They have messed up my order every time, and will take multiple tries to make the correct item. They will also be very rude and dismissive about correcting any mistake items.
I get you're working customer service in a busy airport... but you don't have to be rude to customers when YOU mess up the orders. YOU (likely) chose to work at a busy airport Starbucks rather than a suburban one.
This Starbucks, while being a familiar option in Terminal 6 of LAX, is a miserable experience every time.

My sister and I ordered a caramel crunch frape from this Starbucks on our layover to Boston..it was the worst experience and drink I have ever had from Starbucks...1st the service was lousy not very personable with the cashier wish I had never left a tip...second when making drink it's a well known foepa to blend drinks together because it's not the same consistency well we watched the male behind the counter mix them both together he never put crunch on top just caramel..I don't even think he added coffee flavoring ...if I ever pass by there again I won't make a pit stop at this Starbucks lousy service and poor quality product
