Management of this location is a joke. Understaffed and 90% don’t seem to understand English. Waited 30+ minutes for a tall black coffee and ended leaving with out it. Reminded staff multiple times to no avail. Incompetence at its finest. Avoid at all costs, save yourself time & the headache and just go to Pete’s instead. They made it easy.

This Starbucks is rather small as everyone said on the reviews. It has limited seating space so it definitely can’t accommodate to lot of passengers in the terminal 6. It has so many staffs, about 5-6 staffs on that day but they are not so efficient in handling orders in peak hours. My husband actually ordered a hot Americano with the cashier, she made it ice Americano on the slip for him in the end. Luckily, my lavender oat milk latte turned out quite delicious despite the lavender powder was heavily stuck at the bottom, mostly ice cubes too. We were also abit overwhelmed with the price of the drinks. I would suggest to get the coffee from other shops in terminal 6 unless you wanna try Starbucks seasonal drinks.

Giving a 2 star cause I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade and they didn't have the dragon fruit so all I got was a mango lemonade guess they weren't on top of their inventory needs

The Starbucks at LAX isn’t the most inviting spot. The ambience and seating leave a lot to be desired—they definitely could’ve made better use of the space to add more seating, especially for a busy airport. I didn’t try the drinks, just grabbed the potato cheddar chive bites. Overpriced (as expected), but surprisingly better than most quick bites at airports. Decent for a quick stop, but not a place you’d want to linger.

Shameless price gouging. THE most expensive Starbucks that I have seen so far - over $8 for medium size latte. A food place right across makes the same lattes $2 cheaper.

The drink tasted so bad, seems like they forgot the receipt 😳 need a better training. And the service was extremely unprofessional. I ordered a croissant and the guy before me ordered the same thing. While waiting I went back to the counter to order another thinh. Then I saw the guy got his food first so I thought they might forget and asked I ordered 1 before him. One of the staff said loud to my face: “ you are not”. I was so shock. I can’t believe they have that kind of that attitude. She said she just saw me ordered. But she didn’t know I order twice. Why would I lie to her. Then she said that to other staffs and they started laughing at me behind. I saw they forgot my order and started to warm up my croissant. Of course I’m okay to wait. I was just reminding them my order. I felt so intimidated by their actions. No apology or anything. So rude and unprofessional.

It took over half an hour for this place to process a 12 person line. People left the line because their boarding had started.

These workers do not know how to make any iced drinks like matcha green tea lattes, I asked for cold foam in mine. They remade it and it was still not how it is usually made. There are about 7 staff and cannot even make an iced drink. Terrible quality for a $10.95 drink and terrible experience. Management needs to train these staff.
