Not happy. Got up early and went to get some coffee and we seen they were open. Walked down and the door is locked. Some guy came to this window and acted like we were homeless bums before taking our order. No clue when the huge inside opens. We had to sit on the curb outside drinking our drinks. Starbucks just close the store if we can’t go in. What’s the point. We like to sit inside drinking our coffee.

Today I was for the first time in one of their locations, the truth is that the service of one of the people in charge of taking the orders went very badly, 1 we arrived and I greeted her twice and neither answered, I didn't know how to ask for my order since I don't know English when I told him I didn't know how to pronounce it nor did he bother to look at my face, it all ended in him not giving me anything I wanted to try, I couldn't eat anything and it's not because I didn't speak Spanish because She is Hispanic, the lady's name is Sandra. While I was in the place I could see how the other associates were friendly and had a smile on their faces even though they were busy, but I don't know if it was because she didn't like it. The truth is I felt very bad because I try to be very nice to everyone.

In my hood that involves staff who are trans-ish and its nbd because again, the core product is consistently what-exactly what-i came for.Heads up on a VERYDOGPOSITIVE place with ( get one) PUP CUPS. really, as starbucks goes, this is a good one.This morning i mooched a scoop of cream from mauricios pup cup for my small dark w shot of espress and cream. I did.
Parking: Its a busy plaza on a real busy corner with inadequate parking lot. Try to walk or bike.

This is hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks location! Abey and Alex went above and beyond when taking care of my long order! Abey took my order and their energy was so infectious! They were so patient and helpful when I was giving them my long drink order! Alex made the drinks exceptionally well and even made my personal drink first so that I had something to drink while I waited for the rest! Truly they are both exceptional employees and humans!
