They purposefully got rid of all the power outlets in the store. They said all stores will be moving to that model eventually. “We want you to stay…but we don’t.” Such a shame too cuz the inside is quite nice.

First of all, when did Starbucks stop adding an extra charge to oat milk? I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to pay an extra dollar for milk!
The team who was working today greeted me with a smile, Was attentive, and warm. They also had a worker who is wearing a hat who stood in front of the counter, handing out everyone’s order, which I thought was more personal. I will for sure be returning to this location

The morning crew of this location leaves much to be desired. If they're busy, they'll tell you the coffee maker isn't ready and then stare at you like you're an idiot. Then, when you ask them for a pour over, they try to make you pay extra for a pour over unless you ask about it. If they weren't next to my workplace I wouldn't go in. The location closer to home, at SMB and Vine, is a much more organized location.

The staff member wearing a mask sighed while answering when I asked for the restroom code again. It made me feel bad, and the restroom was incredibly dirty. I had ordered a drink before asking, but they were extremely unfriendly. I’m never going back.
This place had the best Machaito. Great start for my day. Will come back again!

Not happy. Got up early and went to get some coffee and we seen they were open. Walked down and the door is locked. Some guy came to this window and acted like we were homeless bums before taking our order. No clue when the huge inside opens. We had to sit on the curb outside drinking our drinks. Starbucks just close the store if we can’t go in. What’s the point. We like to sit inside drinking our coffee.
