The people that work at the Johnny Rockets at the Beverly Connection (corner of 3rd and La Cienega, across the street from the Beverly Center) are super nice and do a great job. It's not their fault. This place used to be great. I loved it. They also had one at the Farmers Market (next to The Grove) that inexplicably closed years ago...that location was always full. Johnny Rockets was a favourite place of my cousin and when we would spend time in Beverly Hills this is a place he insisted on visiting. I remember how cool the vibe was and how friendly the customer service was. The burger and fries were always consistent whenever we use to visit and it was just a fun environment for reasonably priced food. Even with the immense choice of great food outlets in Los Angeles, Johnny Rockets is a must go place. The cool clean leather booths, the whole 50’s Americana atmosphere, the colours generally and striking decor in itself is eye candy to the customers. The Californian sun ensures that the sublime milkshakes available are in high demand. Don’t get me started on the fantastic food! Great place, great variety on the menu.
