I came in to this Starbucks and was greeted by Brian and Jesus and their service was outstanding. Efficient, kind, professional and both had smiles on their face like they were happy to be there. I’m so grateful for service like this. I can’t wait to come back to this Starbucks for their service alone!

This location is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have always had issues in other locations I’ve been in, but never in this store. The employees are the best, never rude and always working with a smile.

I ordered a cappuccino in the largest size, but the cashier misunderstood me. When I asked for another drink and offered to pay the difference, Barista Jasmine insisted that it was my fault, claiming that I had ordered a grande—even though she wasn’t present when I placed my order.
After receiving my venti cappuccino, I noticed that Jasmine had actually made a grande cappuccino but served it in a venti cup. When I pointed it out, she tried to explain that all cappuccinos look like that and blamed it on the almond milk.
The place has a nice atmosphere, but my experience with Miss Jasmine was unpleasant.

Awesome drinks, stuck up staff.
Got irritated with me for not mentioning I wanted extra sugar from the start and mentioning it until I was paying and handing her the cash. I guess the screen closed and she got irritated and she had to go back to the screen and put more sugar for my drink .
It wasn't a big deal in my opinion, thanks jasmine for trying to make me feel bad for mentioning sugar till I was paying and not immedialty as you wished, you and Raffi seem to be having fun gossiping and laughing at customers in Spanish, and yes I understand Spanish, I understood all the trash talk.
But anyway good drinks.

The young kid that's making coffee needs to be retrained. I have ordered the same two drinks on the app at nearly every location within a 5 mile radius. On both drinks I asked for light ice, both cups were nearly full of ice. When I corrected him he got real defensive and shaky. He tried to explain why he put too much ice but I cut him off because if everyone else makes it the right way, why are you making it different? I got a tall drink in grande cup with light ice, he tells me I put "tall ice in the cup" but that's not what I asked for, it's light ice. On the other drink it's a shaken espresso, and he starts explaining to me why he needs to put extra ice. I don't need an explanation just add more oat milk and put less ice, it's very simple.
