I have to give a review to Calum who works here. As I was waiting for my drink, I saw him assisting a VERY particular client. She was demanding all kinds of specific requests for her drink, and each time he accommodated her, with a smile on his face. He gave her so many options and really worked with her and her wants. I get really annoyed when I order light ice in my drinks and the entire cup is filled with ice. I understand that they serve a lot of people but I would rather wait a little longer for my drink if that means my order is right. The ice levels are too inconsistent which sounds minor but with sensitive teeth, ice amount matters a lot. Especially when that means I am also getting less of my drink
