I have to give a review to Calum who works here. As I was waiting for my drink, I saw him assisting a VERY particular client. She was demanding all kinds of specific requests for her drink, and each time he accommodated her, with a smile on his face. He gave her so many options and really worked with her and her wants. Ultimately, she was able to get the perfect drink, and he was so extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole thing. I honestly don't know how he was able to tolerate her, but he was so sweet! And you could tell he was super knowledgeable about his coffee. Down to every coffee detail, Calum knew it. He's an all star employee :) I can see him going far.

We order here only because of convenience. Starbucks corporate need to come in and retrain how to make a caramel frapp. I always hope it will be bette next time but never. It's always light in color and doesn't taste like it usually does. Very disappointing for the money we pay for what supposed to be a high quality product.

Every time the coffee tastes blah. When you pay and ask for extra pumps of the flavor you never get it. In fact, the coffee just tastes even more bland and bitter. Thought I'd give it a chance again and the coffee was terrible. My last time. Thankfully plenty of other coffee shops around.

This Starbucks is one of the best ones yet! The customer service is great. The baristas are always super friendly and helpful. It's always a good experience. Keep it up!

I get really annoyed when I order light ice in my drinks and the entire cup is filled with ice. I understand that they serve a lot of people but I would rather wait a little longer for my drink if that means my order is right. The ice levels are too inconsistent which sounds minor but with sensitive teeth, ice amount matters a lot. Especially when that means I am also getting less of my drink

Stopped by here for their drinks to-go a couple weeks ago and enjoyed it! They come in a cute plastic ziplock pouch and we're decently priced at $9. I can't remember which cocktail I got but it had tequila in it and thought it was good :)
Great place, great food! Everyone was super nice and friendly! I would highly recommend rice cake soup with dumplings!

This is the best drunk pizza you'll ever eat. You have to try the white pizza with ricotta cheese, it's the perfect amount of crispiness on bottom with a fluffy light layer of cheese!

Ellen's deserves a good review. A highly desired location for the African American group based on the amount of black patrons the day of my visit and a little tip from the on-site policeman. A must visit location within the Westend District.

I generally hate people and Starbucks ...I like a heavy hand pulled italian espresso... .. but this Starbucks is really on top of their service. This Starbucks is friendly, attentive, clean and even though I am not a fan of their roast, the workers make up for it and their coffee is always hot, food is good too.... 5 star Starbucks.
