There are a few nice workers there, but for the most part, the staff seems disorganized, and lowkey the main manager, I think name was Betty, was so rude to her staff. Like no encouragement and she just looked stressed as she rushes her people at bar even tho they were obviously working hard. Like it was uncomfortable to watch.
This is just a place that has obvious focus on speed which is all well and good, but meanwhile, that makes it feel like we as customers feel like a bother just for coming in the doors. Like I’m just trying to study and I hear things like an aggressive “where’s that pink drink”.
It’s just not a good vibe. The atmosphere is just off.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and some work. The atmosphere was actually quite nice—spacious, clean, and a good spot to settle in with a laptop.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to the setting. It wasn’t particularly busy, yet my breakfast sandwich took noticeably longer than both of my drinks to come out—and when it did, it wasn’t fully warmed through. I had to ask twice about my drinks, and found one sitting on the counter the whole time, mismarked. Staff seemed disorganized and not especially attentive.
Overall, a good place to work, but the service and food prep definitely need improvement.

This Starbucks is absolutely amazing! All the staff working there are fantastic. I lost my purse, but luckily, it was waiting for me the next day. I love this Starbucks—great matcha and helpful staff! If I could, I'd give them 10 stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
One of the few eateries in this neighborhood with a restroom for customers.
I love this place the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Specially Nathan he’s so sweet and helpful with a smile on he’s face all the time.
Chilled atmosphere. Quiet store
Expen$ive!!! It is better to go to a Hispanic or Asian Coffee Shop less expensive. Their prices are not customer friendly.

They are always messing up my order =\ a lot of young kids hired and I don’t know if trained properly or even care.
Update 4/24/25: Most the time I order here they always mess up on my order and once time I ordered a specific latte and she didn’t even tell me they were out of something and just placed an order for the drink without the specific tho my I was ordering! Such as lavender syrup and she just ordered it as a regular matcha. She blamed it on me not reading the screen and she never even told me they were out. Other times I asked for sugar free and they put sugar in my drink, & many more, they always mess up and don’t have customer skills. Management needs to be changed
Friendly staff
It’s the perfect spot for studying or doing computer work with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. The coffee is…well, it’s basic Starbucks, but they have a big parking lot where you can stay all day if you wanted. I highly recommend this Starbucks if you want to enjoy the lounge and free WiFi with a beverage for a long time without any stress.
Review: Alfredo the Thirst-Defender at Starbucks—Where Drinks (and Dreams) Hit a Wall
Let me set the scene:
I enter Starbucks, thirst blazing like a cosmic supernova, ready to indulge in the mighty Trenta size. Because, let’s be honest, sometimes a Venti is just an appetizer for the emotional hydration I require.
I make my request—straightforward, harmless:
“Could I get this drink in a Trenta?”
Cue Alfredo, the self-proclaimed “manager,” stepping into the role of hydration’s final gatekeeper.
With a poker face that could stop a solar flare, he says:
“Sorry, I can’t do a Trenta. Dietary guidelines and nutritional value.”
Hold up—did I wander into a nutritional boot camp by mistake?
I’ve snagged this same drink as a Trenta at countless other Starbucks locations.
So why is this one special?
Why is Alfredo special?
Naturally, I ask if he’s the manager.
He confirms:
“Yes, I am.”
Suddenly, my quest for a Trenta is met with a corporate denial from the top.
I’m all for guidelines, but my body, my choice, right?
Your job, dear Alfredo, is to serve the beverage, not to guard me from my own caffeine aspirations.
When a “Supreme One” (yours truly) is denied a large dose of sweet, iced hope, it doesn’t just create thirst—it sparks a scroll-worthy saga of frustration. Now the world knows this Starbucks is where epic refreshment requests go to die in the name of “health guidelines.”
My advice to Alfredo:
Next time, let the drink flow. Nobody ever became a hero by rationing a cup of joy.
